Moevenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech Marrakesh

As a family, we loved the spacious suite with a large bathroom and shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even surpassing those in 5-star hotels. The breakfast offered delicious Moroccan cuisine highlights. The room service was excellent, ensuring a replenishment of towels and bath supplies. The lobby had a beautiful local art style, perfect for memorable photoshoots. The hotel also had a free spa, jacuzzi, and fitness center for our relaxation. The heated main pool was delightful, and the pool service staff tried their best to assist us, despite some occasional memory issues. the hotel was clean, and the rooms did not look outdated. The exteriors were well-maintained, with lovely plants and palms.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city's main attractions and public transportation. We enjoyed being able to explore the city and visit the old town within a short distance. the breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and cooking stations, a satisfying start to the day. One more advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always ready to assist us.

There were some aspects of our experience that we did not enjoy. The overall quality was poor, resembling that of a three-star hotel rather than a higher-rated hotel.

Had a great stay in this area of Marrakesh, enjoyed staff and food. The restaurant was GOOD for lunch, we ordered warm dishes. It was huge, and the bathroom was clean.

Well-designed, fairly clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location is ideal and very close to the train station. Brilliant stuff, fast check-in and nice bar.

Fancy hotel located in a great area so close to Marrakech as well as the train station.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was professional and friendly, from the night audi to the bar manager. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants. The hotel arranged a special birthday treat for my wife with flower petals, a birthday cake, and a present. The hotel was clean and provided us with toiletries. We even received an adaptor for our electrical appliances.

The customer service at the Movenpick Hotel was really good. I had a medical issue and they quickly delivered three extra pillows to my room. They were very good too ensure my comfort. The bed was comfortable as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice but quiet neighborhood, just down the street from a major mall. It is also close to the centre of Marrakech, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of tasty options, and the hotel facilities, such as the pools and lounging areas, are well-maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere.

One negative aspect is that the WiFi signal in some areas of the hotel was weak and unreliable.

We were impressed with the luxurious amenities and personalized service at this hotel. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing, offering a range of treatments including massages, facial, and body wraps. We enjoyed spending time at the heated outdoor swimming pool and sauna. In the evenings, we were entertained by live music at the restaurant while enjoying delicious halal food and drinks. the beautiful sun terrace was perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views.

The only negative aspect we experienced was a slight delay in checking in.
